Do you stock my favourite candy? 
The Candy Bar carries hundreds of brands of chocolate, candy and 200+ varieties of pick’n’mix imported from around the world. If we don’t currently stock it, call us and we’ll do our best to order it in for you! 
Do you take custom orders? 
Of course! We love putting together special orders and collaborating with our customers to make their events and special occasions fun and exciting. Call us or fill out our contact form to find out more. 
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds on products shipped. We do guarantee that every package is carefully hand-packed in our store and shipped via Canada Post Expedited in order to maintain the high quality and integrity of our product. 
If there is an issue with the state of your delivery, please do contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. 
I have special dietary needs, do you have products for me? 
The Candy Bar carries vegan, sugar-free, gluten free, dairy-free and nut-free products in-store and can special order certain products. For online orders please leave a note on the checkout page NOTE Area , or call us directly at the store to confirm our current options and get exactly the right products in your package.

Yes! We love to support our local community schools, events, and charity causes. Please send an email to Paola with all of the pertinent details for consideration.
