The strawberry bar is a white chocolate infused with real strawberries. The pink colour comes fully from the strawberry fruit. To ensure that the product comes without additives or preservatives, and to support our local economy, they buy strawberries fresh from a local store or farmer's market, wash cut and dehydrate in-house and add it to the chocolates to grind and conche together.
