Patrice CHAPON makes all his chocolates in Chelles, France (just 20 mins from Paris). He has been awarded by Salon Du Chocolat 13 times with their most prestigious title.  His bar are made with without any added cocoa butter and no lethecin. Just cocoa beans and a little sugar.
